An Instagram user going by the handle “leaguefits” shared a photo of Russell making his way into Chicago’s United Center. His outerwear consisted of a puffy jacket and puffer leggings. A pair of black boots were also part of his wardrobe.
Fans may have forgotten (or at least ignored) Russell’s 2-point performance that night as they criticized the LA Lakers player for his eccentric Instagram outfit.
Although the puffy jacket was cool, one supporter thought the puffer pants were the real show-stoppers.
“forget a puffer jacket, where y’all puffer pants at?,” remarked an admirer.
Still another admirer was not shy about giving Russell’s outfit a low score.
A fan gave the rating of “4.5/10.”
