Laura Dijkema is a Dutch professional volleyball player who currently plays for Unet E-work Busto Arsizio in the Italian Women’s Volleyball League. She is also a key player for the Dutch Women’s National Volleyball Team.
Dijkema began playing volleyball at a young age and made her debut for the Dutch national team in 2010 at the Montreux Volley Masters tournament. Since then, she has played in 290 international matches for the Dutch national team, helping them win silver at the 2015 European Championship and the 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix.

Dijkema plays as a setter and is known for her leadership skills and ability to control the game. She has also been praised for her great defense and precise ball distribution. Dijkema’s contributions have helped make the Dutch Women’s National Volleyball Team one of the top teams in the world.
