CRISTIANO RONALDO was so upset with the referee that he wanted to be taken out of the game.
In the Round of 16 of the King Cup of Champions, which took place earlier today at the KSU Stadium, Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr side faced off against Al-Ettifaq.

Talisca, a star player for Al-Nassr, put the ball in the back of the net, but the goal was disallowed after a review by the video assistant referee (VAR) determined that Ronaldo was offside and interfered with play.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was so incensed by the decision that he sought the change of the match official while simultaneously signaling for a substitute and gesturing in the direction of the referee. He was that upset.After seeing the legendary player of Manchester United’s unexpected response, fans flocked to social media, where they could not believe what they were seeing.Following his performance, one fan wrote,
“He owns the league.”Someone else wrote, “His league.”A third member of the group wrote, “This is unbelievable.”This supporter was quoted as saying, “My goat is always right.
“The answer to that question was “GOAT.”After the first 90 minutes of play, there was still no scoring, so the game proceeded into extra time. In the extra time, Talisca was sent off just moments after his goal was overturned because he caught an opponent with his left arm.
However, Steven Gerrard, the manager of Al-Ettifaq, also lost one of his own players when Ali Hazazi was issued a red card in the 89th minute of the match.Sadio Mane scored the game-winning goal for Al-Nassr three minutes before the end of extra time, which allowed them to emerge winners in the end.
