Deadpool, the popular Marvel character known for his snarky humor and irreverent attitude, has had several female variants over the years. Here are a few:
Lady Deadpool – Wanda Wilson, an alternate universe version of Deadpool, who was originally introduced as a member of the Deadpool Corps. She has similar abilities to Deadpool, including regenerative healing, but also has her own unique weapons and gadgets.
Deadpoolette – Gwenpool, a character who originally appeared in a variant cover for “Deadpool’s Secret Secret Wars #2,” became so popular with fans that she was given her own series. Gwenpool is a version of Gwen Stacy (Spider-Man’s former love interest) who somehow gains knowledge of the Marvel universe and decides to become a mercenary.
Kidpool – A younger version of Deadpool from an alternate universe, who was introduced in “Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth #1.” Kidpool is still a skilled fighter and marksman, but also has a childlike innocence and tendency to annoy his teammates.
Dogpool – An experimental canine version of Deadpool who first appeared in “Deadpool Corps #2.” Dogpool has similar abilities to Deadpool, but also has heightened senses and a love for chewing on things.
Headpool – A version of Deadpool whose body was destroyed, leaving only his head intact. He is a member of the Deadpool Corps and uses a robotic body to move around and fight.
There have been other female Deadpool variants as well, but these are some of the most well-known.
