Russell Westbrook’s $25 million surprise gift to his wife

Around 2018, when Westbrook was still a member of the Thunder, he and his wife Nina Earl made the decision to pᴜrchase a 13,425 square foot mansion. The married couple spent $19.8 mιllιon on the opulent house. But four years later, Westbrook made the decision to spend $30 mιllιon on the modern farmhouse owned by British model Petra Ecclestone and $37 mιllιon on a property next to LeBron James, a then-Lakers colleague.

Westbrook also made a profit at this time by selling the 13,425-square-foot house. Westbrook and Earl decided to sell to Ben Belldegrun for $25 mιllιon instead of the original $30 mιllιon asking price. Westbrook still made a profit on the deal of at least $5 mιllιon even though it was $5 mιllιon less than the asking price.

The historic home of Westbrook includes eight baths and six bedrooms. The former Westbrook residence was created by Los Angeles architect Ken Ungar and offers a “modern traditional” atmosphere. A wine cellar, a roomy living area with a bookcase and a fireplace, a playground, a garden, a swimming pool, a theater, and many other features are among the additional luxuries.

It was without a doubt a terrific place for Westbrook and his family to spend time together because of the large amount of space. The 13,425-square-foot mansion was sold by the Clippers guard, nevertheless, after he had bought a farmhouse and another property.

Despite leading a lavish lifestyle—including living in a mansion—Westbrook signed a five-year, $207 mιllιonNBA contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2017. Since then, Westbrook has had trouble succeeding in many organizations, most recently failing to succeed while playing with the Lakers’ LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

However, Westbrook is making progress during his time with the Clippers, who are situated in Los Angeles as well. Westbrook signed a one-year, $785k league minimum contract with the Clippers. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Westbrook’s net worth as of this writing is $200 mιllιon.
