Their European adventure has spanned sunny Portugal and Spain, now extending to an unidentified mountainside shown on Brittany’s Instagram story. But the Mahomes’ fun activity in front of the picturesque landscape could have taken place at any playground across the world.
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick, 28, joined his son Bronze, 1, on one side of a rustic seesaw. They were balanced out by the girls on the other side with his wife Brittany and 3-year-old daughter Sterling. That is, until Sterling Skye decided she’d had enough, and their friends caught the tantrum on video.
Brittany was still squealing with joy when Sterling yelled “I’m done,” signaling she wanted out of the play time activity. Sensing their fun time was over, Brittany forced her daughter to stay on for a few more seconds so they could get a photo before Sterling ruined the fun.
Although they intended to escape the harsh spotlight of Patrick’s NFL fame, drama followed the Mahomes family overseas.
Notably, a cute beachside photo posted by Brittany from Marabella, Spain sparked unfounded rumors that she might be pregnant with a third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.
Patrick and Brittany experienced the paradox of age. When you’re a kid, you want to be an adult; when you’re an adult, you yearn to have those years back. When the roles reversed, it was their toddler who put a stop to the innocent fun.
