Sad news for Miami Heat: Max Strus leaves to join the Cleveland Cavaliers

Max Strus’ transfer from the Miami Heat, who finished second last season, to the Cleveland Cavaliers is one of the greatest moves to occur during the NBA off-season.

The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs are two of the three teams involved in the trade, and both teams stand to gain from it.

ESPN rҽvealed the story and confirmed that the Cavaliers and the player had come to an agreement. 63 million dollars will be paid to Strus over the course of his four-year contract with the Cavaliers, according to ESPN.

The Cavaliers’ primary goal in making this transaction is to increase the depth of their team while adding another seasoned pro.

Strus is not the only player joining the Cavs, though. They have also reached agreements on contracts with strikers Georges Niang and Caris LeVert, making them one of the busiest teams in the league at the moment.

LeVert, who alternated between starter and reserve last season, is said to have agreed to a two-year, $32 million deal.

According to Mark Bartelstein, Niang’s agent, Cleveland and Niang have agreed on a three-year, $26 million contract. Max Strus recently discussed how the Miami Heat gave him the opportunity to relaunch his career. He stated, “I will always be grateful, and this place will have a special place in my heart.”

Losing him is a setback because he contributed to the Heat’s playoff success in a number of ways, but fans of the Florida squad can only hope that their team has greater and better things in store for them.
