Andrea Carrie Drews, born on December 25, 1993, is an American professional volleyball player who currently plays as an opposite hitter for the United States women’s national volleyball team. Drews has made a name for herself in the world of volleyball, winning numerous accolades throughout her career.

One of her most notable achievements was being elected as the Most Valuable Player of the 2019 FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League in Nanjing, China, where Team USA won the gold medal. Additionally, she was also named the Best Opposite of the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Cup, where the U.S. finished in a respectable 6th place.

Drews has also played for various volleyball clubs throughout her career, including Volley Vallefoglia in Italy, where she currently plays as an opposite hitter. Throughout her professional career, Drews has played for a total of eight different clubs.
