Two rescuers Eldad and Loreta from Hope For Paws just completed the rescue of a dog named Josephine and her babies. When they were getting closer to Los Angeles, they got an urgent text about a tiny kitten laying on the carpool lane. Knowing that the baby was in danger, they rushed to the scene to help the poor animal.

It took them 45 minutes to arrive at the rescue location. They even parked illegally and ran about 20 yards to spot the kitten’s place. The two rescuers were on the freeway, so they had to be careful to avoid causing a car accident. They broke into the freeway and stopped traffic completely to rescue the kitten on the fast track lane in the opposite of the freeway.
With the help of drivers on the freeway, they finally came to the kitten’s place and caught her safely. The plan worked perfectly, and people were really happy to see them save the kitten. Loreta and Eldad were happy to come back their car, where the dog Josephine and her babies were waiting patiently for them to save the kitten.
They named him Napoleon and drove back to their shelter. The little guy was so skinny and hungry, so they fed him to fill his empty belly up. He was sick and had an eye infection, so they gave him medical treatment for his eye infection and flea infestation. He was given a bath and dried immediately to keep him warm.
Thanks to all the love and care of rescuers at Hope For Paws, Napoleon recovered very quickly. When he was strong enough, he would move into his new home where he was cared and loved by great people. And of course, they will never abandon him or throw him like trash. After all, we hope that his life will be full of joy and love forever.

It’s important to give the kitten time to adjust to its new environment and form a bond with you. Spend time with the kitten every day, playing with it and providing affection. Gradually introduce the kitten to other pets in the household, if there are any, to help it become more socialized.
If you are unable to keep the kitten, consider contacting local animal shelters or rescue organizations. They can help find the kitten a loving and permanent home.
Overall, caring for a rescued kitten can be a rewarding experience, but it also requires time, patience, and dedication. With proper care and attention, the kitten can recover from its traumatic experience and become a happy and healthy pet.
