Reviving a concealed spot beneath a vehicle, rescuers discovered a litter of tiny kittens.
Among them, a tiny black kitten named “Rice Cake” with large, expressive eyes hesitantly led rescuers to his hiding spot. To keep warm, the kitten crawled into the car. But she was afraid to go out and started meowing for help.
At first, rescuers in Sunset Park could only hear the screams, and it took some weeks to locate the source. After that, many rescuers from Sunset Park, Brooklyn, got together to free the ‘Rice Cake’ from the car.
This nimble kitten “with great lungs” was taken out of the car, covered in grease and fleas. After she was rescued, the firefighters gave Ben Gao a bath, a snack, and she started talking again.

It seems like you’re describing a situation where there are dangerous creatures or animals in New York and a kitten would need to be provided with a safe and suitable environment. Depending on the severity of the situation, she might have to be temporarily fostered by a loving family or given shelter with a trusted animal rescue organization until the danger has passed.
Ensuring the well-being of the kitten would involve providing her with necessary medical attention, nourishment, and a comfortable environment. The temporary foster family or shelter would need to take into consideration factors such as noise level, potential hazards, and an appropriate living space to accommodate the kitten.
